The SX-EX78 can extend USB3.2 Gen1 signals upto 100m over a single CAT cable, data transfer upto 5Gbps,USB2.0/1.1 compatibility. It Supports various operation systems: MAC OS V8.6 and above version, Windows 7/8/10, Linux system.
It also supports HDMI output 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 for displaylink technology.
Apllication of DisplayLink technology in meeting rooms, on the laptop side, the screen video is converted to USB3.2 using a pre-installed software driver. On the remote side, the video stream is converter back from USB3.2 to HDMI, using a DisplayLink ASIC component, which is transmitted to the video screen. At the same time, a camera with a USB3.2 interface transmits video towards the laptop, which also acts as a USB host over the USB3.2 extension link. Video is transferred in both directions.
